DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Bondi Bandits delivers within Australia using Australia Post.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over AU$150.00.

Standard domestic shipping is a flat rate of AU$7.00

As soon as your order has been placed, please allow 1-2 business days for your goodies to be dispatched.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can track the progress of your delivery. If you have selected the signature on delivery option, a signature will be required at the time of delivery.

Normal parcel post orders can expect their shipping to arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch depending on your location within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We will dispatch to anywhere in the world! As soon as we receive your order, please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed, also note we are not open on the weekends.

Once shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number.

Customers will also receive a shipment notification email from Australia Post. This email will allow you to see the status of your shipment and follow it through the different stages of delivery until it lands safely on your doorstep.

Please allow up to two weeks for your parcel to reach you... Australia is a long way away!

Please check that your delivery details are correct on your order form. Bondi Bandits is not liable for any orders that do not reach the destination due to an error in the delivery address.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customers who refuse their order will not be refunded the original shipping fee. We recommend you contact your country's customs office for an estimate of fees before placing your order. Bondi Bandits cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as a business, we will not do this.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS

In the rare occasion that your product is left at the postoffice unclaimed and finds its way back to us, we will let you know. Please note, Bondi Bandits is not responsible if it goes missing en route back to our head office. We will re issue it to you but delivery fees made need to be recharged.

In the unlikely event that you need to return your product, please make sure that you send it back to us with all the labels still attached and the garment is unworn. We can not offer refunds if the product is marked in anyway Once the tags have been removed we can not be responsible for any damages to the products.

Once we receive the item, we will either issue you an exchange or process your refund ( excluding shipping cost) directly to the credit card account used for purchase.

If you wish to make an exchange and the stock is not available a refund will be offered as an alternative.
